Even though I didn't get this installed when it was delivered, so far I have washed my clothes as per instructions and am very pleased with the clothes after the dryer cycle, they are softer and clean without soap and if you have to use a stain remover for heavy stained clothes, that works for me also. I would recomend this product to anyone for a better laundry experience. Also Pure Energy has a great staff and will give you great customer service and back products they sell to have a great customer experience.
