Seems to work well. My only concern is it was made in China. I had a different brand that also worked well (also made in China) until it died because of a cracked grey pipe which began leaking. Looks like similar construction to O3 Pure. The technology is great, with little to no detergent and fresh smelling clothes. There are no replacement parts that need to be replaced every few months as there were in our old unit that broke.
A corner pipe in my unit burst after leaving the garage open overnight. Glad we were able to repair this ourselves!
Easy enough to change and got my heater running like new again. Better price than anything I could find elsewhere too!
