I did reach out and a refund is a possibility bc it's been less than 30 days.
However, I am responsible for the return shipping on a product that did not even meet, let alone exceed the competition. This unit promises to clean and maintain 4000 sq ft. My apartment is less than 1000 sq ft and it can't handle the space. I let it run while I'm at work. It doesn't smell fresh when I open my front door. The EcoQuest would be overwhelming at my front door in a space three times this apartment in a few hours.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
The machine is a disappointment and the return shipping leaves me stuck with a subpar product not worth the amount that I'll have left from the original price, less the return shipping.
I would recommend the competition.
Also the competition's customer service has a phone. They return phone calls almost immediately and if I could do it over, I would purchase the competition.

I've had my O3 Pure laundry system for about 7 years & love it! I have sensitive skin & used "free & pure" detergents. The left soap residue that showed up in our hot tub. Not the case with O3! I had to replace the power supply (transformer) which was a cheap fix. Other than that it has been flawless! I am happy to support a local Ohio company & I appreciate their quality & customer service!

Greetings: This product requires four C Type batteries which are not provided. I purchased ours from Amazon. We placed one unit in each of our two refrigerators, on the top shelves, with the top louvers clear of any obstacles just a few days ago. We noticed the improvement in the oder control within a few ours. We are still waiting to determine the effects of the ozone on the reasonable preservation of food and produce in our Refrigerators. Based on our preliminary observations, we expect a marked improvement in the prolongation of the life of produce as well as stored food (i.e., previously, cooked food). Accordingly, our 5 star rating is based on our preliminary observations.
