I ordered parts and was immediately contacted to verify the part I was ordering was for the correct model. Great customer service and I was very happy with the part.
The machine worked well to purify the room but it was NOISY!! The fan sound overwhelmed the ambience of our room and it was so bad that we had to return the unit at our cost. It also seemed to trip up the lights every now and then. If only it was a few decibels quieter we may have kept it. Fix the fan noise Pure Energy! Use a higher quality+low noise fan and your customers will be so much more satisfied. Its a pity - the purification was actually really nice. If the fan wasn't so loud we would have kept it.
So I love doing laundry now?? I love the O3 Pure so much that I applied for an affiliate link from O3 and have been sending it to all my friends! And I have NEVER done that! The laundry is so clean, so fresh, and there’s NO DETERGENT?? NO HOT WATER?? Isn’t science great?!
