Before the new plate the ozone smells were strong.
After the new plate the ozone smells are barely noticeable.
Just wondering if it is defective.

Still doesn't work. I'm not sinking any more money into it trying to fix the problem.
the light blubs were good i suppose. they did not fix my issue with the sterlizeer not working. so i guess this machine is junk once the warrenty runs out . and things break soon after the warrenty runs out. guess i buy a different brand or none at all. these are way to expensive to only run a couple of years.
Very thick filter, a noticeable difference in the room, air smells cleaner. Hoping this filter will help with dust as I do my Spring cleaning.
